If you do not have an Aadhaar card, you should apply for one now. And if you have already applied for it but the card has not been issued, then you should mention the enrolment number of the Aadhaar application in the Income Tax Return for further processing of your return.

Hi, I came to USA 3 years back and I don't have Aadhaar now and I don't have plan to visit India any recent. Please let me know how to complete my IT Returns.
