If you have already made the payment but the status on the Dashboard is still the continue. Please check with below probabilities:
Reason 1: Transaction failed and the payment did not reached us. In case any amount is debited from your account, your bank or the payment gateway will auto-reverse it to the account.
Reason 2: Transaction was successful but the payment gateway was not able to update us on time due to some connectivity failure. Please don't worry, our system re-fetches all orders made in every 24 hours. So we will get your payment then and the system will automatically approve your filing for submission.
Reason 3: Transaction was successful but the system is 'Continue' for more that 24 hours. Please mail you transaction details (like order id, transaction date, time, etc which is mentioned on the email received after transaction) to email@example.com. We will get it checked and sort out the issue.
