Proofs or Supporting Documents to be sent to Income-tax Department after e-filing

You do not have to submit any proofs or supporting documents to Income-tax Department after e-filing of the IT return.

Nothing is to be attached along with your ITR-V also while sending to CPC, Bangalore. You just have to sign it and send it to CPC.

The address is mentioned at the bottom of the ITR-V. In case you have filed your return with a digital signature then you need not take any action after receiving your acknowledgement.

However, you should never enter details in e-filing for which you don't have any supportive documents or any incorrect information

You may need to produce relevant documents only in case your Return is selected for Scrutiny and Income-tax Officer asks for it.
