In case of transfer of undertaking who developed SEZ, is the deduction allowed to transference under section 80IAB ?

If Assessee ho develops SEZ transfer the operation / maintenance of such zone, the transference is allowed to claim deduction for the balance period of 10 years as if the operations were not so transferred.
