Deemed Capital Gain, in simple words, means the capital gain which was exempted earlier due to the existence of certain conditions mentioned in relevant provisions, is now charged to tax due to breach of those relevant conditions on the basis of which exemption on capital gain was granted.
It is taxable at 20%.
