I want to change some details of my PAN

You can change the details of your PAN by applying for PAN Correction. Form 49B is to be filled and submitted. Steps for PAN correction are:

1. Click on "Start a new PAN Service".

2. Select appropriate option and proceed.

3. Fill up the form and and proceed to payment.

4. Once the payment is done you will get filled correction Form 49B.

5. You are required to sign and submit the form to our office.
