Can I send the ITR-V to CPC by Registered Post

The tax payer has to send the duly signed copy of ITR-V to &qout;Income Tax Department – CPC, Post Bag No - 1, Electronic City Post Office, Bengaluru - 560100, Karnataka&qout; within 120 days of uploading the return by ordinary post or speed post only.
