ITR-V stands for the “Income-tax Return- (Verification)" form.
The Department confirms your submission after you file your income tax return and generates an ITR-V as proof of filing. ITR-V must be electronically confirmed after it has been obtained. Click here to understand how to e-verify the return.
To verify the legitimacy of your e-filing, you can also print and sign a copy of ITR-V and send it to CPC, Bangalore. To find out where and how to send your ITR-V, click here.
If you have any further queries related to filing, you may write an e-mail to us at support@myitreturn.com
