Find regime in Form-16

Please refer to the point no. A of Part-B of your Form-16 as shown in the image below:

If NO is there, your employer has computed your taxes under NEW Regime. Please select New Regime in tax filing and proceed.

If YES is there, your employer has computed your taxes under OLD Regime. Please select Old Regime in tax filing and proceed.
