Due Date & Last Dates of filing Income-Tax return:-

The due date of filing the return for Individuals and HUF's (who are not liable to tax audit) is as follow:

Any mistake or omission made in original return can be corrected by filing a revised return within following due dates.

The government may extend the due date of filing the return of income due to certain situations.
