Step 1: Download the Smart Form 16 Merging Utility.

Step 2: Install the software in your system.
- First Unzip the downloaded file.
- Run the Setup.exe file from the "Merging Utility" folder.
- Follow the instruction and complete the installation.
Step 3: Merge Form 16 Part-A and Part-B and Digitally Sign
- After Installation, You will get the Icon of the merge utility on the desktop of your system.
- Double click the Icon to start the software.
- Browse the location of Form 16 Part-A generated from the TRACES utility.
- Browse the location of Form 16 Part-B generated from Smart form 16.
- Browse the location where you want to save the final Digitally Signed Form 16.
- Select the check box to Digital Sign.
- Click Merge PDFs button to Merge and Digitally Sign Form 16.
- Select the Digital Signature for Signing.
- The software will start merging and signing and save the Form 16 at your output folder.
