How to download Part A from TRACES

Step 1: Login to TRACES (contents.tdscpc.gov.in) and enter the “User ID, Password, TAN of the Deductor and the Verification Code”.

Step 2: In "Download's" tab Click on “Form 16” to place download request.

Step 3: Download the Form 16 files request.

• The files will be available after 24 hours of the request.
• Download the Files through HTTP Downloader or Download Manager.

Step 4: Generate Form 16 Part-A.

• Download the TRACES Form16 generation utility to generate Form 16.
• Browse the Form 16 zip file download from the TRACES in the TRACES Form16 generation utility.
• Generate Form 16 Part-A without using Digital Signature.
