As required by the Income-tax Department's regulations, we must first add you as a client before we can file your return using the automated process.
Following are the steps to deactivate any other ERI which you have already added:
Step 1: Log in to the e-Filing portal using your user ID and password.
Step 2: Click on Authorized Partners > My e-Return Intermediary to proceed further
Step 3: On the e-Return Intermediary page, go to the Active tab to see the list of ERI & Click Deactivate against the required ERI.
Please ensure that only ERI named Skorydov Systems Private Limited is active and the rest are deactivated.
Step 4: Click Confirm to deactivate the ERI.
Step 5: A success message and the transaction number will be shown when the ERI is deactivated and an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Adding ERI is also a quick and easy process. Follow the steps below to add ERI:
Step 6: Click on Authorized Partners > My e-Return Intermediary to proceed. Click on Add ERI
Step 7: Enter any of the required details like ERI User Name (Skorydov) & Click Search ERI.
Step 8: ERI relevant to your search criteria will be displayed in a list. Click Activate against an ERI of your search.
Step 9: Select a validity period for the ERI and click Add.
Step 10: Click Confirm to add the selected ERI.
Step 11: A success message along with the transaction number will be shown when the ERI is added and an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.
