The PAN is already a client for an ERI

1. Become a client of myITreturn (Skorydov):

Visit the myITreturn.com website and sign or sign up.

Could you fill out the registration form with your personal information?
Submit the form and wait for confirmation.

2. Verify your identity:

You will receive an email once you are a client with instructions on verifying your identity.

Follow the instructions and provide the required documents.

The Income Tax Department will verify your identity and send you a confirmation message.

3. Click on Request OTP

4. Click on the link to open the Income-tax Department’s website

Once your identity is verified, you can e-file, e-verify, or perform any other Income-tax filing activity.
You can access these services through the myITreturn website.

5. Log in to the e-Filing portal using your user ID and password

6. Click on Authorized Partners > My e-Return Intermediary to proceed further

7. To add us as a client kindly deactivate the existing e-Return Intermediary

8. Go to myITreturn page & Click on Request OTP

9. Enter the OTP & Click on the "Submit" button

You will receive a confirmation stating that ERI has been added successfully.
