How to Submit Your Income Tax Portal Login Details on myITreturn?

If you are using myITreturn's assisted filing service, you may be required to securely provide your Income Tax e-Filing portal login details through your myITreturn account.

Follow the steps below to submit the required login information.

Step 1: Login to Your myITreturn Account

Go to myITreturn.com and click on Sign In. Enter your registered login details and sign in to your myITreturn account.

Step 2: Open Settings

After logging in, click on the drop-down menu available at the top-right corner of the page.

Select Settings from the available options.

Step 3: Open the Income-tax Login Section

Under Settings, go to the Income-tax Login section.

Select the relevant PAN / taxpayer name for whom the Income Tax Return is being filed.

Enter the password that you currently use to log in to the official Income Tax e-Filing portal at incometax.gov.in .

Step 4: Complete the Submission

Once the required details have been entered and saved successfully, the information will be available for the applicable assisted filing process.

Important: If you subsequently change your password on the Income Tax e-Filing portal, you may need to update the password saved in your myITreturn account before the filing process can continue.

Important Note Regarding OTP-Based Login / Verification

If your Income Tax e-Filing account has an additional OTP-based login or signing option enabled, it may require additional authentication during the filing process.
