End-to-end flow of the assisted process

Step:1 If you already have an account, log in using your email ID and password. Otherwise, sign up to create a new account.

Step:2 Select "Home" from the member dashboard to navigate to the main section.

Step:3 Click "Learn More" on the tax expert services card.

Step:4 Select the member.

Step:5 Choose "Tax Filing" from the available options to proceed.

Step:6 Select "Yes" or "No" in response to the given question, then proceed by clicking "Next."

Step:7 Upload the necessary documents, then select "Upload & Continue" to proceed.You can also opt to skip this step.

Step:8 Select the plan that best suits your needs, or opt for the "Pay Later" option.

Step:9 Once the case ID is generated, you will be redirected to the chat box automatically.

Step:10 In the chat box, you can upload any remaining documents, update your Income Tax login credentials, and write your query in the comment section.

Step:11 You will receive the computation sheet once your case is assigned to a tax expert.

Step:12 Once you've reviewed the computation, your consent will be required for submission.

Step:13 You will receive an acknowledgment copy once your return has been submitted
