If you have already raised a support ticket with myITreturn and have not received a response from the Support Team for more than 48 hours, you can follow up on the same ticket.
You do not need to create a new ticket. Simply open your existing ticket, add a follow-up comment and submit it. This helps keep the complete conversation and ticket history in one place.
Important: Before escalating your query, check whether the Support Team has already responded to your existing ticket. If additional information or documents have been requested, provide them on the same ticket to help us assist you further.
Steps to Escalate an Existing Support Ticket
Step 1: Log in to myITreturn
Log in to your myITreturn account using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Open Your Help Tickets
After logging in, click on Your Help Tickets to view the support requests that you have already raised.
Step 3: Select the Relevant Support Ticket
From the list of your existing tickets, select the ticket for which you are awaiting a response or require further assistance.
Make sure you open the same ticket instead of creating a new support request for the same issue.
Step 4: Add a Follow-up Comment and Submit
Enter your follow-up message in the comment box. You may briefly mention that you are awaiting an update on the query and provide any additional information that may help the Support Team resolve it.
After entering your comment, click Submit.
Tips for Faster Resolution
- Continue the conversation on the existing ticket instead of creating multiple tickets for the same query.
- Clearly explain what information or assistance you are waiting for.
- If the Support Team has requested any documents or additional details, attach or provide them in your reply.
- Avoid sharing sensitive information such as passwords, OTPs or login credentials in the ticket.
- Keep your ticket number available when communicating with the Support Team.
