The steps for opting for notice assistance service are as follows:
Login to your myITreturn account
On the dashboard, you will see a screen as given below:
Click on Learn More.
Add / Click on the assessee name, in whose regard, you have received the notice.
After clicking on the assessee's name, the following screen will be displayed. Click on START NEW SERVICE.
Select the Notice Assistance from the Case Type drop-down, update your contact details, upload the notice document and click on SUBMIT.
- Once this is done, you will be provided with a unique case id here now you can directly communicate with our Tax expert in order to resolve the issue.
Our tax experts will reach out to you over email. You are required to provide notice-related documents over email. Our tax experts will review your notice and resolve it for you.
