To correct your name mismatch error, please follow the below steps:
1. Visit myITreturn.com
2. Log in to your account using your registered email ID and password
3. Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard and select the member whose status you want to check
4. Here in the member dashboard, Click on "Click here to Resolve"
5. A box will appear where you need to enter the correct name as per your PAN, then click on "Submit"
6. After submission, your return will be successfully filed, and an acknowledgement number will be generated
