Below is the method for resetting your password to myITreturn.com:
Step 1: Click on Forgot Password.
Step 2: Select Identification Type From the "Identification type" dropdown - Username/Email ID/PAN
For this article let's proceed with select Email Id (as shown in the screenshots).
Step 3: Enter Your Email Address In the "Enter corresponding value" field, type your registered email address and click the blue Submit button. The system will look up accounts linked to your email.
Step 4: Select Your Account A "Select your account" panel appears on the right side showing your account name and masked email. Click the "Send Email" button next to your account.
Step 5: Confirmation A "Mail Sent" dialog box appears confirming that a password reset email has been sent to your registered address.
Step 6: Check Your Email Open the reset email and follow the link inside to set a new password.
